Return policy
It is understood between Gain More App that returns be accepted and calculated within select parameters:-
• Any returns due to default of the company of damaged product or bad product quality will be taken into the consideration.

• Return should reach as before 15 days from the date Purchase.
• Shipping cost for return product should be borne by the customer at their own risk.
Refund policy
At the time of raising a request for return or cancelling the Products on the Gain More Platform, you may seek refund. Such refund will be made to you only in the event the payment has been received by us for the Product.
Please be informed that when you opt to cancel or return the Products, upon our verification and assessment of the Products and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within 48 (forty eight) hours from the date of us receiving the returned Product back at our warehouse.
Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled, such as the Product being returned in original condition, along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product, the brand outer packaging of the damage or defective or inaccurate Product and all accessories therein is intact.
For the sake of abundant clarity, it is clarified that we shall not make any refund in respect of a Product that is deemed ineligible for a refund based on our verification and assessment. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by you or given as Store credit to you. You acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider terms and conditions.
1. Refund shall be made under following conditions:
• Order was cancelled.
• Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient)
• If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will enquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
2. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer; we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
3. Any coupon usage or discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
4. Any extra amount credited to Gain More account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
5. In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Online Delivery shall have the deciding hand.
6. Online Delivery may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
7. Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at [email protected] the amount will be credited in the same account from where it’s deducted within 7 to 15 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is being shipped.

• In case of Cancellation, bank transaction charges and other will be applicable and paid by customer.
Gain more is the ultimate decision maker and the final authority in case of Return, Refund and cancellation decisions.
